We provide Homelessness Prevention Program to assist vulnerable households who may be at risk of losing their housing, their Section 8 subsidy, and those who could benefit from limited assistance to achieve stability. We work with Section 8 participants and applicants to prevent loss of subsidy, eviction and to improve the likelihood of success in permanent housing.
